DELIVERY

The jewelry is lovingly prepared for shipment within 48 hours maximum. Packages are only sent by Standard Delivery at this time. We are still working to improve this service.

Allow between 4 and 5 working days to receive your Pretty package.

Metropolitan France

• The delivery costs in France are € 4.80.
• Postal delivery available.

International

• The international delivery costs are 9.80 €
• Delivery times are likely to be longer.
• Delivery by DHL or Chronopost
• Customs fees and taxes may be applied upon receipt of the order for certain destinations.

For deliveries to a relay point, the package must be opened and checked before signing.

After signing the customer to validate receipt, no complaint will be taken into account for non-receipt.

Milkyway Paris cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft during delivery. If this happens, please turn directly against the carrier.

RETURNS

You have the possibility of returning the jewel which does not suit you against refunding within 15 days after having received the order. Jewelry must not show signs of wear.
